About

Who we are

Founded in Traralgon in 2016, Foundation Civil & Mining has grown into a trusted partner in the Gippsland and Latrobe Valley regions, with a dedicated team of over 40 professionals. We specialise in delivering high-quality civil works, mining projects, earthworks, facilities management/maintenance, and project management services.

Over the years, we’ve successfully completed a diverse range of projects, including mining, civil construction, and building work from small to large scale, along with providing critical support services for the Latrobe Valley mining sector.

At Foundation Civil & Mining, we prioritise open, honest communication and a collaborative approach with our clients, resulting in strong, lasting business relationships. Our focus on safety and zero-harm practices, both within our team and among our suppliers, ensures that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. We're committed to exceeding expectations, making us the contractor of choice in the region and, unlike multinationals in our industry, we are committed to always putting our local community first.

Our vision is to continue to be a leader in our industry by achieving exemplary results for our clients, whilst excelling in providing a safe and fulfilling workplace for our people. We focus on helping our customers to succeed and thrive by working together in strong partnerships towards common goals.
