Building Upgrade for Loy Yang Mine

The central objective of the Building Upgrade Project was the revitalisation the office building to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the old Mine Production Area in accordance with our clients specifications and building standards. 

Specific works included: 

• Demolition of existing internal amenities, fixtures and fittings

• Construction of new offices

• Construction of new bathrooms and kitchenette’s

• Plastering

• Painting
